- Organising BER Certification
- Arranged viewings to the property
- Managing correspondence between the landlord and tenant
- Ensuring that references for prospective tenants are valid
- Drawing up the tenancy agreement
- Setting up standing orders
- Transfer of all utility bills e.g. Gas, ESB, etc.
RENT ONLY
Includes all the services in 'Let Only', plus:
- Rent collection
- Rent transfer to Landlords' specified bank account
FULL MANAGEMENT
All the services listed for the Let Only and the Rental Only, plus:
- Managing all repairs and maintenance as necessary, subject to landlord approval
- Managing tenancy renewals
- Organising the payment of the security deposit following final inspection
- Regular visits per period as agreed
- Arranging payment of all service charges
- Attendance and assistance of management company meetings and issues if required
